In May 2018 shortly after launch, yKnot was outfitted with a new mainsail form UK Sailmaker. This is one of the last sail designed and produced by the late Brian Chapman.
The mainsail is complemented by a new mainsail cover in the same Sunbrella fabric #6030 Cadet Grey that is on the UV strip of the new Genoa.
